Terms of Service
Effective date: October 1, 2026. These Terms govern access to and use of LeadCeptional, a software product of Foresight Strategies LLC. By purchasing, accessing, or using the service, the applicable customer and authorized users agree to these Terms unless a separate signed agreement controls.
Service and accounts
LeadCeptional provides leadership-development and management tools, including simulations, coaching and mentoring workflows, goals, onboarding, reviews, talent-development tools, and related features. Customers are responsible for authorized-user access, accurate account information, appropriate permissions, and activity conducted through their accounts.
Plans, people limits, and Industry Tracks
Purchased plans include the people limits, Industry Tracks, features, and service scope shown at purchase or in the applicable order. Customers may not exceed purchased access limits without upgrading or receiving written authorization. Enterprise scope, implementation, integrations, custom work, and support commitments may be governed by a separate order or agreement.
Billing, renewals, and payment
Self-service subscription fees are billed according to the billing interval displayed at checkout and may renew automatically until canceled. Enterprise invoices and payment terms are governed by the applicable invoice, order, or signed agreement. Unless otherwise agreed, fees are stated in U.S. dollars. Customers are responsible for applicable taxes except taxes based on Foresight Strategies LLC's net income.
Cancellation
Subscription customers may cancel future renewal through an available customer portal or by contacting support@leadceptional.com. Cancellation stops future renewal but does not automatically create a refund for amounts already paid, except where required by law or expressly stated in a written agreement. Enterprise cancellation and termination terms may be governed by the applicable contract.
Acceptable use
Users may not misuse the service, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with security or availability, reverse engineer the service except where law expressly permits it, upload malicious code, violate another person's rights, or use LeadCeptional for unlawful discrimination or prohibited employment decisions. Do not enter patient records, Social Security numbers, passwords, payment-card details, or unnecessary sensitive personal information into development activities.
Leadership and employment decisions
LeadCeptional is a development tool, not a substitute for human judgment, HR review, legal advice, clinical care, or validated employment testing. Practice scores, coaching suggestions, simulations, and readiness tools should not be used as the sole basis for hiring, firing, discipline, compensation, promotion, or other significant employment decisions.
Customer data and privacy
Customers and users retain their rights in information they provide, subject to the permissions needed for LeadCeptional to operate, secure, support, and improve the contracted service. Organizational access follows product permissions and the customer's configuration. Use of personal information is also governed by the Privacy Policy and the product disclosures on the Privacy & Trust page.
LeadCeptional intellectual property
LeadCeptional, its software, simulations, authored content, designs, workflows, trademarks, and related materials are owned by Foresight Strategies LLC or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. Purchase of access does not transfer ownership of the platform or its content.
Availability and changes
We work to provide a reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. Features may evolve, be corrected, or change over time. Material contractual commitments in a signed Enterprise agreement control over conflicting general product descriptions.
Disclaimers and limitation
To the extent permitted by law, the service is provided without warranties not expressly stated in a signed agreement. Liability limitations, indemnities, service levels, data-processing terms, and other negotiated Enterprise provisions may be addressed in the applicable signed agreement. Nothing in these Terms limits rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be limited.
Changes and contact
We may update these Terms as the service or applicable requirements change. The effective date above will be updated when revised Terms are published. Questions about these Terms may be sent to support@leadceptional.com. Sales and Enterprise contract questions may be sent to sales@leadceptional.com.
