These downloads contain saved records. Unsaved drafts, hosting logs, backups, and sales inquiries are not included. Restricted Talent Review records require an assisted, permission-checked export.
Organization exports follow your reporting scope. They exclude private career documents and other users' rehearsal grades, detailed feedback, and conversation transcripts. Files use JSON, a structured format your IT team can open or convert.
Personal career information
Your Career Studio has its own saved-record deletion controls. Deleting a saved career record removes its saved revision history from the active database. An open draft stays on your screen. Backup deletion timing is still being verified.
