LEADCEPTIONAL · PRIVACY POLICY

Privacy Policy

Effective date: October 1, 2026. LeadCeptional is a software product of Foresight Strategies LLC. This policy explains the information LeadCeptional may collect, why it is used, how it may be disclosed, and the choices available to users and customers.

Information we collect

Depending on how LeadCeptional is used, information may include account and organization details, names, work email addresses, job titles, reporting relationships, assignments, goals, development plans, coaching and onboarding records, performance workflow records, practice activity, support requests, sales inquiries, billing identifiers, and technical information needed to operate and secure the service.

Payment-card and bank-payment information submitted through Stripe is processed by Stripe. LeadCeptional does not ask users to place payment-card details into leadership-development activities.

How we use information

We use information to provide and administer the service, authenticate users, support organizational development workflows, provide requested features, respond to support and sales inquiries, manage billing, protect the service, investigate errors, maintain records, and meet applicable legal obligations.

How information is disclosed

Information may be available to authorized users within a customer's organization according to product permissions and the customer's configuration. Information may also be processed by service providers that support hosting, identity, communications, browser speech functionality, payment processing, and other necessary operations. We may disclose information when required by law, to protect rights or security, or in connection with a lawful business transaction.

LeadCeptional does not represent private rehearsal content as anonymous. Product-specific privacy boundaries and limitations are explained on the Privacy & Trust page.

Security

We use administrative, technical, and organizational measures intended to protect information appropriate to the service. No internet service can guarantee absolute security. Customers and users should use strong account security and should not enter Social Security numbers, passwords, payment-card details, patient records, medical or accommodation documentation, or unnecessary sensitive information into development activities.

Retention and deletion

Records are retained as needed to provide the service, support customer requirements, maintain security and business records, and satisfy applicable legal obligations. A final product-wide automatic retention schedule is still being implemented; deactivation alone does not necessarily erase records. Privacy requests are reviewed and completed subject to verification, legal requirements, contractual obligations, and technical limitations.

Your choices and requests

Users may use the Privacy Center to submit available access, correction, deletion, deactivation, objection, or appeal requests. Some employment-related information is controlled by the user's organization, which may need to review a request. For additional privacy questions, contact support@leadceptional.com.

Children and intended use

LeadCeptional's intended initial use is by adults in U.S. organizations. The service is not intended for children and should not be used to enter patient records or for clinical care.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as the service, legal requirements, or business practices change. The effective date above will be updated when material revisions are published.
